Race car driver

The charioteer transports the reader to the world of ancient Roman chariot races. The story tells of twins born into slavery, whose paths diverged in childhood. One twin became a successful charioteer, just one race away from freedom.

A severe injury forces the charioteer to seek out his twin brother, who toils on a farm, and propose a deal that would give them both everything they desire. The plan only requires the other twin to participate in one race, to survive seven laps. However, dangers lurk in the Circus, as the charioteer's arch-nemesis vows revenge in the races.
