Veljet Publishing is constantly looking for new, original, and talented writers. We publish a diverse range of fiction, non-fiction, and young adult literature, and we are looking for manuscripts with a strong individual voice, an interesting perspective, and a compelling story.

How to submit a manuscript

Submit your manuscript by email in Word or PDF format.

Please ensure that:

the subject line of the email is the title of your manuscript
the manuscript is as complete as possible
the text uses a clear 12-point font with at least 1.5 line spacing
you include a short introduction about yourself and your work, as well as your contact information.

Manuscript processing

We read all manuscripts submitted to us. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but processing times vary depending on the number of manuscripts. Unfortunately, we cannot provide personal feedback on manuscripts that we do not select for our publishing program.

Use of AI

The submitted manuscript must primarily be the author's own work. AI can be used to support the work, for example, in ideation or language editing, but we do not accept manuscripts produced entirely or partially by AI.
